How to get the most from case discussions

A well presented case gets better answers. Start with a clear title that states the problem, then give the essentials: age, relevant history, presenting complaint and what you have already tried.

Add imaging. You can attach up to eight images, eight videos and eight PDFs to a case, and you can add further images later by commenting under your own case. Select the domains and anatomies so the right specialists see it in their feed.

Finally, ask a specific question. "What would you do next?" invites broad opinion; "Would you revise or manage conservatively, and why?" invites the reasoning you actually need.
